Our Favorite Recipes PEP UP YOUR FAVORITE DISHES with LUIGI'S SAUCES and DiBELLO'S PEPPERS Luigi's-Style Sauces & DiBello's Peppers make excellent additions to quiches, omelets, scrambled eggs, stromboli, calzone, hamburger, hot dogs, steak hoagies, salami, meat balls, bologna, sausage, etc. Use on MEATS, CHEESES, SEAFOOD AND POULTRY.

A MEAL IN ITSELF! HOAGIE OR SANDWICH
Using 4 to 6 slices of your favorite luncheon meat or meats (mix or match), lay out overlapping meat slices on a hoagie roll. Spoon one heaping tablespoon full of Luigi's Hoagie Sauce or DiBello's Peppers, chopped, across the meat slices. If desired, sprinkle chopped onions on Sauce or Peppers. Quarter a slice of your favorite cheese and arrange the quarter slices on top of the Sauce or Peppers. Serve cold or heated. Sauce & Cheese Dip
Melt cheese in microwave, stir in small amount of milk to reach desired consistency. Add Sauce, stir and serve. Great for nachos, chips, or on your favorite snacks.
Melt cheese in microwave, stir in small amount of milk to reach desired consistency. Add Peppers, stir and serve. Great for nachos, chips, or on your favorite snacks. 1 pint of DiBello's Peppers in Sauce Italiano 1 pint of Luigi's Pizza Sauce or Luigi's Spaghetti Sauce 1 pint of Italian-style peppers 1/2 cup of uncooked rice or Soupetti Acini Di Pepe or your favorite little pasta Put rice (or those little pasta things) and Sauce in bottom of casserole. Layer: 1 cup peppers, then the chicken, and top with remaing peppers. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350o F.
Mix all ingredients in saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes, stirring often. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand five minutes before serving. For a variation, you may add your favorite pasta instead of rice. When using pasta, add an additional 1 cup of water and cook an additional 5 minutes. Makes six generous servings.
Prepare crust for a two-crust pie. Brown onions and ground beef in a large skillet. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour beef mixture into a pie shell and cover with top crust. Bake at 350o F for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, return to oven and bake an additional 10 minutes.
Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour into well-oiled loaf pan. Set in pan of warm water and bake at 400o F for 50 minutes or until an inserted knife comes out clean. Makes six servings. Pare off pounds! Have your potato without the butter or sour cream! Cut a washed potato in half and sprinkle cut surface with garlic salt. Sandwich a thin slice of onion and 1½ to 2 tablespoons of DiBello's Peppers in Sauce Italiano between two potato halves. Wrap securely in foil and bake at 400o F for one hour, or microwave unwrapped medium sized potato for 10-12 min. on HI.
